how important is it that mitt romney gets under the skin of barack obama barack obama get under the skin of mitt romney and it will show to the audience? >> audiences reported they take as much as 65% of the meaning from how something is said over what is said. so body language and how he appears on the stage is very important. normally when a candidate gets defensive that is when they started looking bad. that happens with barack obama. it happened when he told hillary she was like have likable enough. it happened with mitt romney when he did the $10,000 bet with governor perry. it's very important that governor romney keeps making the case about the economy and keep pushing an alternative vision that the american people can see as a better path and a better way forward to improving the economic conditions. if he does that he will put the president on the defensive. if he allows the president to sort divide the audience, talk about women and myth of the war on women and talk about the middle-class and divide the country and gets on the defensive or talk about issues that are irrelevant

you're not going to vote for barack obama. it's true, we're not going vote for president obama, but we have a choice about staying home. now, i've come out and endorsed governor romney. i'm going to vote for him because i believe there is a difference between his position and the other, but i don't think he can afford to wobble next week in the debate because frankly, his record of consistency on this issue isn't very strong, so he doesn't have a lot of leeway to maneuver there. >> thank you very much. appreciate you coming in and taking the time. john, i know you wrote about this issue today. what's your response when pastor jeffers says mitt romney needs to come out and double down. will this work? >> no. the pastor's speaking from a passionate perspective. only around 20% of americans oppose abortion in all cases. as the republican platform calls for. only 20% of americans support that position. the vast majority of americans for example on the issue of abortion believe it should be safe, legal and rare. activists on either

i'm voting for obama. i can't believe mitt romney could win this election but i'm also in the state of mind that that would just been so appalling to me. i can't believe that it could be true. >> he's been working the "you don't understand me" ticket. he went on kelly and michael. let's have a look at this. >> honey booboo or snooki? >> do you know who either of these two -- >> i'm kind of a snooki fan. >> has a baby now. >> look how tiny she's gotten. she's lost weight and she's energetic. just her spark plug personality. >> he's never heard offen of snooki or honey booboo. >> of course. that's what he's watching at night, back-to-back. they say every election is a crucial election. i'm not of that -- i think that's -- yes, it's crucial but clearly in four years, obviously a lot can't get done in four years anyway so even if worse came to worse and we had this guy for four years, would any of the things he said he would do actually happen? i doubt it. i doubt it would be that easily affected. i think you
